Student Housing The Hague provides hassle-free housing to international students and young professionals (recent graduates). We offer apartments, co-living and homestays. With co-living, the students will share the accommodation with other students or young professionals. Homestay allows international students to live in a Dutch home as a member of the family.
At Student Housing The Hague, we remain available, even after the check-in. We guide students throughout the entire housing stage; inform them about their rights and obligations regarding living in the Netherlands. We have different blogs regarding (de)registration, housing allowance and rental law. We partner up with different businesses, e.g. legal firm Rent Return, to provide our tenants with the best legal position regarding rental law and ensure that, e.g. the municipality taxes are property taxes by the municipality.
All students get their tenant portal. In this portal they can find all information regarding their stay, such as manuals from electronical equipment in the apartment, rent invoices or important informative letters.
Studying abroad can be exciting and scare at the same time. We provide our tenants with monthly check-ups. We make sure the accommodation is safe and all appliances are working. With the monthly checks, we keep an eye on our students well-being.
Nothing is more annoying than unclear and vague communication. We make sure all information is provided to the students on paper or digital; in a blogpost, tenant portal or FAQ.
We are setting the standard with transparency.
It is required by law to split all-in rental prices. However, many agencies/landlords don't do this. We, on the other hand, offer our tenants a clear overview of the split rental price. At the end of their stay or year, whichever comes first, we also provide our tenants with an overview of their utility usage. When they overuse the utilities, they'll have to compensate for these costs, but when they use less, they will be reimbursed.
The entire booking process is paperless, and we automate as much as possible. You can finalise the booking of accommodation as fast as 5 minutes.

We are a cash-free organisation. Payments are made online. We accept various payments, such as credit cards, iDeal, Sofort and such.
We like to provide hassle-free renting with Student Housing The Hague. We can provide the students with all their 'first few days essentials'. So they don't have to run from shop to shop once they arrive in the Netherlands. We can arrange airport or railway station pick-ups or different starter packs such as a bedding or kitchen package.
